SMS Program Terms
When you voluntarily provide a mobile number and agree to receive texts, Clear Value Pools may use SMS to communicate about residential and commercial pool-service inquiries, estimates, appointments, recurring visits, billing questions, account notices, and occasional promotions or service offers.
Consent to marketing texts is optional and is not a condition of purchasing pool service. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional use.
Stop Text Messages
Reply STOP to a Clear Value Pools message to stop future SMS messages. You may later reply START to opt back in when that command is supported.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, appointment, or active service and may be up to 10 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
How SMS Consent Is Collected
You may opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box on a Clear Value Pools online form or by otherwise giving express permission to receive texts. You can submit a service inquiry without selecting the SMS consent option and may use phone or email instead.
After an opt-out, Clear Value Pools may still respond when you directly contact the company and may send non-marketing communications needed for an active inquiry, appointment, estimate, billing matter, service relationship, safety issue, or legal obligation.
Email Opt Out
Use the unsubscribe link in a commercial email, or email Clear Value Pools with the email address you want removed from nonessential marketing messages.
Include the phone number or email address you want removed so the team can locate the correct record. Questions may be sent to office@clearvaluepools.com.
